Important Aspects of the Game
Catching- Use your hands to catch and not your body
Catch the ball away from your body so the defense cannot get it
Throwing- Fingers on the laces
Step with the opposite foot
Flick your wrist to cause a spiral
Gameplay/Strategy- The offense will try to score a touchdown
Defense will try to stop the offense, or get an interception
