   The New Jersey Devils and NY Rangers are playing elimination games in the hockey playoffs tonight.  Try IO channels 71 and 72 at 7 and 8pm.  Very exciting!

Race results for 4/21

Students,
  I competed in another race last Saturday.  I always post my results on the blog.  You can find me on this site.

I finished 34th out of a few hundred runners.  I did not run my best time, but I am still encouraged because the course did have a lot of hills in it.  I will be competing in at least three more before the end of the school year.

Students- if you miss PE class due to testing this week, make sure to get exercise on your own after school.

Vacation training

Students,

I have got some great training in so far this vacation. It is nice to take a little bit of time off from other responsibilities to focus on my training. Today I ran almost seven miles in 53 minutes. I am visiting family in the state of Virginia and I am able to run and ride while taking in new scenery. What a refreshing way to train! My running program has been so organized this year and I am running faster than ever before. If you are interested in how this works, just ask me or leave a comment on the blog.

Race Day

Students,
My first race will be this weekend on Sunday. It will be a 5k race which means 3.1 miles. I will racing against over 100 people. I am very excited as I have been training very hard for this race and future races to come. Information for the race can be found on the link below.
