Training
Students,
My training is starting to get really intense for running. Races are coming up toward the end of this month! I have been doing mostly 20 minute runs at the pace of about 7:35 per mile. Each week I am making the pace faster to best get ready for the races coming up in April.
Stay posted,
Mr. Goldstein
