Running Training

Students,

I have moved to a new phase for my running training program as I am getting ready for some possible races in March. Instead of running longer distances and taking it easy, I have moved onto shorter distances with much higher intensity. These are called tempo runs and I will be adding some statistics for my tempo runs coming up soon.

5-1 Health Homework

You need to write a letter to a friend or family member talking to them about one risk behavior. You need to explain to them 2-3 reasons why that behavior is dangerous as well as 2-3 ways they can avoid this risk behavior. I look forward to seeing it next E day.
